However, in the rare case of an adverse event or patient concern post treatment, same day follow up by the provider or a provider with similar licensing is required.- Maintain thorough and accurate patient medical records detailing all treatment procedures, elective products, medication history, and educational materials received. The nurse injector will be working for our MedSpa services doing facial injections such as Botox, dermal fillers, PRP as well as IV hydration and skin care consultations.The nurse injector will be working with other providers to create a cosmetic treatment plan, serve as a liaison between the physician and the client and monitor and address any issues that might arise during the treatment at our facility.
