You will provide advanced injectables, laser, and skincare services, ensuring optimal outcomes through patient education and personalized care. As the locations Medical Director you will also be responsible for annual review and updates to protocols/consents, provider staff supervision, and new patient good faith exams.**Responsibilities**- Conduct consultations with clients by assessing their needs and desired outcomes, recommending appropriate treatment options. Provide accurate quotes for treatment plans prior to service.- Conduct thorough good-faith exams for new patients, documenting medical histories in detail and educating them on eligible and ineligible services. Address all patient questions before obtaining their signed consent.- Educate patients thoroughly on treatment plans including thoroughly reviewing and having them sign consents prior to treatment.- Conduct bi-annual policy, compliance audit, protocol, etc. binders to ensure full site compliance.- Partner closely with Aesthetician partners to create comprehensive treatment plans that consistently deliver GOLD standard results. These comprehensive treatment plans should also include preventative and restorative skin care recommendations.- Perform a variety of injectables, weight loss treatment, laser, and other aesthetic services within the scope of your practice.- Provide detailed post-care instructions to patients after each procedure to ensure optimal recovery and results.- Automated patient follow up will be deployed or executed within 48 hours of patient treatment. However, in the rare case of an adverse event or patient concern post treatment, same day follow up by the provider or a provider with similar licensing is required.- Maintain thorough and accurate patient medical records detailing all treatment procedures, elective products, medication history, and educational materials received. Eligible providers, prescribe, track and document all prescriptions prescribed to the patient.- Take the utmost care in maintaining HIPAA compliance and always preserving patient confidentiality.- Learn and comply with all clinical and safety regulations set forth by Nation, State, or local government bodies executed through protocols and standards of care that you help establish.- Conduct regular, unscheduled staff treatment observations to ensure the team is performing services in a safe and appropriate manner.- Lead, Develop, and coordinate advanced training for all on-site providers to ensure we are consistently delivering the best possible outcomes.- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene by cleaning and sanitizing treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment. Restock supplies as needed and manage laundry duties.- Stay current on changes and trends in the market while actively participating in educational programs and staff meetings to ensure you are continuously enhancing your medical and industry knowledge.- Consistently live by our core value “Devoted to People” by treating both patients and peers with the utmost respect.- Participate in marketing initiatives, content creation, and events to promote the brand.- As needed local travel to help with time off coverage for sister sites and occasional overnight travel for advanced training. If an exception is made, employee must take and pass the exam prior to their 6-month anniversary.- Botox and Filler training Certificates highly preferred; required within 90 days of hire**Experience:**- Minimum 2 years as a licensed NP- Minimum 1 year experience in the aesthetics field highly preferred- Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and the ability to customize treatments to individual clients- Proven history of establishing rapport with clients and ensure their comfort- History of patient focused care with the confidence to stand by a safe treatment plan when needed- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Dedication to high quality patient care- Detail oriented, reliable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment**Benefits & Perks**Your health, happiness, and future matters.
