**Patient Care Coordinator - Plastic Surgery (Sales)**We area world-class leader in plastic surgery and non-surgical aesthetic procedures in Newport Beach, is looking for an energetic, highly self-motivated Patient Care Coordinator(PCC) to join our dynamic and high energy team. As a PCC, you will guide patients through the very personal decision of choosing a plastic surgeon to help them look and feel their best.**Compensation & Benefits:**- Base pay + incentives of $115K+ annually- Medical Stipend Available- PTO and Paid HolidaysThis sales role is critical to the success of our entire team and requires ample motivation from within to make and receive 100+ phone calls/emails/texts each day to educate and qualify patients for surgery with our board certified plastic surgeons. Clear and concise communication, detailed organization, thorough follow-up and follow-through with patients, as well as a desire to follow processes is required to be successful in this role. You must be coachable, open to feedback, and always looking for opportunities to grow and improve. We pride ourselves in connecting with patients to help them achieve their goals, so having empathy and caring about people is a requirement to being a part of our team.***Prior plastic surgery sales/service experience is required to be eligible for this role.*****PCC Key Responsibilities:**- Communicate with new patient inquiries daily to educate and qualify through one-on-one phone consultations, following best practices and call procedures- Manage and track leads using lead management and practice management software- Follow-up on existing leads via phone, email, text- Connect with patients and maintain detailed records regarding their goals, health history, lifestyle, financial situation, etc.- Clearly communicate value by educating patients about our surgeons accolades, the preparation, procedure and recovery throughout the surgical process- Follow proven best practices to prepare patients for in-person consultations, booking surgery and paying deposit- Overcome objections with the goal of scheduling viable and qualified patients for elective medical procedures- Become each patient's resource and advocate in helping them to achieve their goals. This includes overcoming objections including conversations about finances, planning for recovery/down-time, etc.- Conduct in-person consultations with our surgeons, deliver quotes, book patients for surgical procedure- Create an experience and environment where patients feel safe, secure, supported and excited to embark on their personal improvement journey with our practiceOur ideal candidate is positive, highly motivated, detailed oriented, and coachable.
