As a full-time Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in the growth and success of our cosmetic surgery practice line.**Your Role & Responsibilities:**- Lead Engagement: Respond promptly and warmly to incoming leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.- Consultation Management: Handle calls from prospective patients, book consultations, and ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to consultation.- Sales & Presentation: Confidently present quotes, discuss payment options, and secure surgery deposits. (Free Training Provided)- Patient Advocacy: Promote our surgeon as the BEST CHOICE, guiding patients to choose our practice over the competition.- Convert Consultations! Use the training we provide to increase consultation conversion rates.- Follow-Up Excellence: Proactively follow up with potential patients via phone, email, and text, providing personalized care to those who still need to book surgery.- Tech-Savvy Coordination: Work with various software programs and apps to manage patient information and streamline processes.- Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly progress reports with key stats and feedback.**Additional TEAM Responsibilities:**- Must be willing to wear many "hats" and be a team player and assist if another member is unavailable by answering phones or restocking rooms, escorting clients to rooms, completing medical history by collecting relevant information, or helping check-in clients if necessary; the PCC handles all new cosmetic consultations and most follow-ups to provide world-class concierge experience for all clients.- Must know the products used in their applications and be able to answer basic client questions to sell and inform clients of their procedures- Must prepare to be able to take the client journey, including the intact documentation in EMR, triage client inquiries pre and post-procedure, assist clients with financing, and cater to their needs.**Who We're Looking For:**This is a full-time in-house position.- Plastic Surgey Industry and/or luxury sales industry, with a track record of success in high-end sales. We may consider someone with great people skills who is new to this industry but eager to learn and grow and comfortable presenting 5-figure pricing with confidence. A belief in and understanding of how to sell luxury items by appealing to luxury buyers is a must.- Belief in the power of aesthetic surgery to change the lives of appropriate candidates for the better.- Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner: You're comfortable with technology, quick to learn new systems, and always seeking ways to improve efficiency.- Driven & Responsible: You're motivated by results, take ownership of your work, and are committed to excellence.- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a growing practice.- Positivity & Normalcy—We love patient care and seek a bubbly, positive, sunny outlook from our winning candidate, who is reasonable and has a high social EQ.- Organization—Task orientation, timely assignment completion, and an innate desire to "get things done" – a commitment to timely task completion without compromising quality is a must.
