Medspa Medical Assistant

We are a fast-growing medspa offering a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments in a welcoming and comfortable environment. We are seeking an experienced Medical assistant with the following:**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Patient Intake:** Obtaining patient medical history, reviewing consent forms, and explaining treatment procedures to patients.2. **Room Preparation:** Preparing treatment rooms for procedures by setting up equipment and ensuring the cleanliness and sterility of the environment.3. **Post-Procedure Care:** Assisting patients with post-procedure care instructions, scheduling follow-up appointments, and answering patient questions.4. **Inventory Management:** Monitoring inventory levels of medical supplies and ordering new stock as needed.5. **Marketing & Sales Support:** Assisting with marketing campaigns and promoting retail products to patients.**Qualifications:**1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.2. Completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred.3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.4. Basic knowledge of medical terminology.5.
