Nurse Practitioner

**Position Title**: Nurse Practitioner**Location**: In Office / Travel to Patient’s Home - Miami Beach, FL**Type**: Part-Time (8:30am - 4:30pm, 3-4x a week)We are seeking a skilled and highly professional Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate has expertise in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medical weight loss management and a passion for preventative health & wellness therapies. This role involves patient consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, medication management and guiding patients toward optimal health through patient-centered care development.**Key Responsibilities:****Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) & Wellness**- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, symptoms, and lab work.- Develop and manage bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and peptide therapy protocols for men and women.- Optimize patient hormone levels to address energy, metabolism, cognitive function and longevity.- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition and exercise to complement HRT & peptide treatment.**Medical Weight Loss & Metabolic Health**- Develop customized weight loss programs utilizing prescription medications, peptide therapy and nutritional coaching.- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.- Provide metabolic and functional medicine assessments to address weight-related health concerns.**IV Therapy**- Administer and oversee IV infusion therapy in office or at patient’s home- Ensure patient safety and proper IV administration protocols.**Additional Responsibilities**- Order and interpret functional lab tests or imaging, adjusting treatment plans based on results.- Educate patients on gut health, cardiovascular wellness and cognitive function strategies.- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with medical regulations.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.**Qualifications & Requirements:**- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Florida.- Experience in HRT, weight loss and functional medicine is highly desirable.- Strong understanding of hormone optimization, peptides, metabolism and wellness protocols.- Passion for preventive care, patient education and holistic health.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative healthcare setting.**What We Offer**- Competitive daily compensation- Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading wellness clinic- Flexible schedule options- Access to cutting-edge wellness programs and treatments
