We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Management Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient management and conversion of leads into clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.Responsibilities:• Lead Management: Track, organize, and maintain all incoming leads, ensuring no potential client is overlooked.• Communication: Respond promptly to leads via email, phone, or text to nurture and convert inquiries into consultations or sales.• Data Entry & CRM Maintenance: Accurately input and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.• Follow-Up Strategy: Develop and execute follow-up campaigns to re-engage cold or inactive leads.• Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports on lead conversions, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics.• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client journey.• Market Insights: Provide feedback to the marketing team about lead quality and customer preferences.• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the lead management process and recommend solutions.Qualifications:• Proven experience in lead management, sales, customer service or a related role.• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead tracking software.• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.• Familiarity with plastic surgery, digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
